The slow and steady rate of production won't win Ferrari any automotive efficiency awards, yet plant workers are not complaining. In 2007 it was judged of the 100 Best Workplaces in Europe by the Financial Times, citing the "incredible pride" expressed by employees in building the cars, and the firm's history.
Unfortunately, factory tours are not available to the public, although the Galleria museum is open for visitors to the Maranello facility. And no, you don't even have to speak Italian.
